Repairing, replacing, and updating our building equipment and tools is an ongoing challenge that we address - in part - by publicizing a running wish list.  Items currently on the list are: 8', 10', and 24' fiberglass ladders; carts for lugging large items; handcarts; a hand planer; an air compressor; an aluminum break; and a portable 10" table saw.  We're also "wishing" for a few big ticket items: a construction trailer, a delivery truck, and a couple computer/printer setups.

Our Habitat ReStore is seeking donations (NOT food or clothes) to fill its shelves.  All building materials, hardware items, tools, household furnishings, yard & garden supplies are welcome. Volunteers to help organize, price, and shelf donations are also needed. Call Emily  @ 586 263-1540 for more information or to schedule a pick-up. Note: Monies generated from Women Build donations go directly into the Women Build Building Fund, so be sure to mention Women Build when you drop things off.
